We are based in Los Angeles, about an hour out depending on the 5 and the 405, so Orange County events get an earlier load-in window than our in-town jobs. Chips have no cash value here. Most of what we do in Orange County is a gala. A nonprofit books a ballroom, sells tables, runs a program with a speaker and an auction, and needs something that keeps guests in the room and talking after dessert. Casino tables do that well. Guests get a set number of chips with their ticket or buy in for a donation, play blackjack, craps, roulette, or poker, and turn chips in at the end for raffle entries toward a prize table.

What is specific to Orange County
The mix here skews corporate and institutional. Hotel ballrooms and country clubs, not living rooms. That changes a few practical things:
- Ballrooms: usually a loading dock, a freight elevator, and a banquet captain who wants a floor plan in advance. We work off your diagram and set to it.
- Country clubs: often stricter about vendor arrival times, parking, and where crew can and cannot walk. Get us the club's vendor rules early and we will follow them.
- Coastal venues in Newport and Laguna: terrace and outdoor setups are common and they are beautiful, but wind moves cards and the evening marine layer makes felt damp. We plan for it with weighted layouts and a covered or partially enclosed area when the venue allows. If your event is oceanfront and open air, tell us at booking, not the week of.
We also cover Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Woodland Hills if your organization runs more than one event a year in different counties.
Scheduling and travel from our Los Angeles base
Orange County is roughly an hour from us without traffic and meaningfully longer with it. We build that into the schedule rather than hoping for the best. In practice that means an earlier load-in window than a comparable LA event, and we confirm the arrival time with your venue contact ahead of the date.
Our team of more than 20 professional dealers is hired and trained in house. They arrive dressed for the room, run the tables, and teach guests who have never played. That last part matters more than people expect at a fundraiser. A donor who feels stupid at a blackjack table walks away. A donor who gets a friendly two minute lesson stays and buys more chips.
If you want a poker tournament instead of an open casino floor, we can supply a female poker tournament director to run a bracketed format with a prize table at the end. Both formats work for fundraising. The tournament gives you a longer arc and a winner to announce from the stage. The open floor lets guests come and go around your program.
What it costs in Orange County
We quote every event individually. Cost depends on how many tables you need, how long the tables run, the venue's access and timing, and whether you want a tournament director. All chips, cards, and setup are included in the booking, so there is no separate equipment line to hunt for.

Common questions
Is a casino night fundraiser legal for a nonprofit in California?
California has specific rules for charity gaming events, and we are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division to run fundraisers within them. We handle the compliance side of our setup. We are not attorneys and cannot advise your organization on its own obligations, so check with your counsel on anything specific to your nonprofit.
Do guests win real money?
No. Chips have no cash value. Guests play for entertainment and trade chips at the end of the night for raffle entries toward a prize table your organization puts together.
How many tables do we need for our gala?
It depends on guest count and how much of the evening is program versus open play. A room where casino play is the main event needs more tables than one where it runs alongside dinner and an auction. Give us your headcount and your run of show and we will recommend a mix.
Can you set up on a terrace in Newport or Laguna?
Often yes, with planning. Wind and the evening marine layer both affect card play outdoors, so we plan the layout and equipment around it. Tell us at booking that the setup is outdoor or partly outdoor so we bring the right gear.
