Casino Table Rentals in Los Angeles, California

Casino table rentals put regulation blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps tables at your event, staffed by professional dealers, with chips, cards, and full setup included. We deliver, set up, run the games, and pack out, so you host instead of managing equipment. This page walks you through which tables suit your party, what the day actually looks like, and what changes the price.

What a casino table rental actually includes

When you book casino party rentals with us, you are not renting furniture. You are booking the table, the dealer who runs it, the chips, the cards, and the setup and breakdown around it.

The tables are regulation size and weight, the same layouts you would recognize from a casino floor. The dealers are hired and trained in house, and there are more than 20 of them on our roster. They know how to run a fast game for players who know the rules and a patient one for guests who have never held a chip.

One thing worth saying plainly: this is casino themed entertainment. Chips have no cash value, nobody wagers money, and nothing is paid out. Guests play for fun, for bragging rights, and for whatever prizes you decide to put on the table.

Figuring out which tables you actually need

Most hosts start by asking how many tables they need. The better question is what you want the room to feel like.

A rough planning rule: figure on roughly one seat for every two or three guests, since people mingle, eat, and drink instead of sitting all night. Call us and describe the room, the guest count, and the hours. We will tell you the mix we would send.

How the day runs, start to finish

You tell us the venue, the timeline, and the guest count. We confirm load in access, elevator or stairs, and where the tables go.

On the day, we arrive early enough to set up before guests do. Tables get placed, layouts get dressed, chips and cards get racked, and the dealers are in position and ready before your start time. From there the dealers run the games and read the room. When play ends, we break down and load out. You are not stacking chips at midnight.

If you are running a tournament or a prize giveaway, we build that into the timeline in advance. Chip counts, blind structures, and a clean cutoff for final scoring all work better planned than improvised.

What it costs and what moves the number

We quote every event individually, so there is no menu price to point you at. The honest answer is that it depends, and here is what it depends on.

Number of tables and dealers is the biggest factor. After that: how many hours of play you want, where the event is (we travel throughout California from our Los Angeles base), load in conditions like stairs or long carries, and whether you want extras like a tournament structure or custom prize setup.

The fastest way to a real number is to tell us the date, the location, the guest count, and roughly how long you want the tables running. Use the booking form or call (866) 963-6557. We accept all major credit cards and carry event liability insurance, which most venues will ask about.

Why hosts book us

Dealer Dolls was founded in 2006 by Jodi Lee Screpnek and has been owned, operated, and staffed entirely by women for about twenty years. We were the original all women casino party company, and every dealer on our roster was hired and trained in house.

We have run tables for Red Bull, SpaceX, Quiksilver, Macy's, Calvin Klein, Bombay Sapphire, the Hollywood Roosevelt, and the World Series of Poker. Our tables and dealers have appeared in Ocean's 13, CSI: NY, House, and GSN's Ace in the House, and we have staffed celebrity poker tournaments alongside players like Johnny Chan, Phil Laak, and Antonio Esfandiari.

On the fundraising side, we are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity events, and we have helped raise over one million dollars for hundreds of California charities, including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and Autism Speaks. California has specific rules for charity gaming. We handle the compliance side of our part so your committee can focus on the ask.

Common questions

Do guests gamble with real money?

No. This is casino themed entertainment for private events. Chips have no cash value, guests never wager money, and there are no cash payouts. Hosts often award prizes based on chip counts at the end of the night, which is a fun way to close things out.

How many tables do I need for my guest count?

A useful starting point is one player seat for every two or three guests, since people eat, drink, and mingle rather than sitting all evening. The right mix also depends on your room size and the mood you want. Tell us your guest count and venue and we will recommend a lineup.

Do you bring the chips and cards, or do I supply them?

We bring everything. Chips, cards, layouts, and full setup are part of the booking, along with the professional dealer at each table. You do not need to source anything.

Do you travel outside Los Angeles?

Yes. We are based in Los Angeles and travel throughout California. Distance and load in conditions factor into the quote, so give us the venue address when you reach out.

How do I get a price?

We quote each event individually. Send us the date, location, guest count, and how long you want the tables running through the booking form, or call (866) 963-6557. We accept all major credit cards.

Ready to plan your night?

Tell us your date, location and guest count and our event coordinator will get back to you with availability and a quote.
