Casino Party Rentals

A casino party rental gives you real casino tables, professional dealers, chips, and cards delivered and set up at your venue, with the whole thing run as entertainment rather than gambling. We have been doing this in Los Angeles since 2006, and we travel throughout California from our LA base. Chips have no cash value: guests play for fun and for whatever prizes you decide to offer.

When a casino party makes sense

Casino nights work best when you need people who do not know each other to start talking. A blackjack table seats seven strangers, gives them something to do with their hands, and puts a dealer in the middle who keeps the conversation moving. That is why we get called for company holiday parties, sales kickoffs, wedding receptions, milestone birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, and charity fundraisers.

It also solves the problem of the party that stalls out after dinner. Instead of a room drifting toward the door at 9pm, guests migrate to the tables. We have run events for Red Bull, SpaceX, Quiksilver, Macy's, Calvin Klein, Bombay Sapphire, and the Hollywood Roosevelt, plus hundreds of nonprofit fundraisers.

On the fundraising side, we are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity fundraisers, and we have helped raise over one million dollars for California charities including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and Autism Speaks. California has specific rules for charity gaming. We handle the compliance side of our part of it, and we will tell you plainly what falls to your organization.

How the job actually works, start to finish

You tell us the shape of the party. Guest count, venue, date, how long you want the tables open, and what kind of crowd you have. A group of poker regulars gets a different table mix than a wedding where half the room has never held a chip.

We build the table plan. The mix is planned around guest count and run time. Blackjack seats seven, craps handles a crowd, roulette draws watchers as well as players. We tell you how many tables you need so nobody stands around waiting for a seat, and we do not sell you a table that will sit empty. If you want to see the full lineup, our casino table rentals page walks through each game.

We check the room. Table footprints, door widths, elevator access, load-in path, power if you need it. This is the part that goes wrong when nobody asks in advance. We ask.

We arrive, set up, and dress the room. Tables, layouts, chips, and cards all come with the booking. You do not source anything.

The dealers run the tables. All of our dealers are hired and trained in house, and we have more than 20 of them. They teach as they go. A guest who has never played craps will be rolling within a few minutes because the dealer walks them through it. That teaching skill is the whole difference between a room that plays and a room that watches.

We break down and load out. Usually faster than setup. If you want the mechanics in more detail, read how does a casino night party actually work?

How long it all takes

Setup depends on the number of tables and how hard the room is to get into. A ballroom with a loading dock is quick. A hillside home with a flight of stairs and a narrow gate takes longer. We schedule our arrival based on the walkthrough or the details you give us, and we build in enough margin that we are dressed and ready before your first guest walks in.

For gaming time itself, most hosts run tables open for two to four hours. Shorter than two and guests barely settle in. Longer than four and interest usually drifts unless you have a tournament structure or a prize drawing to build toward. We can plan around whatever window you want, but tell us the real one so the table mix matches it.

Breakdown happens after the tables close. If your venue has a hard out time, say so early and we will work backward from it.

What it costs and what moves the number

We quote every event individually, because two parties with the same guest count can be very different jobs. Here is what actually moves the price:

What to look for before you hire anyone

Ask who the dealers are and where they came from. Plenty of companies subcontract whoever is available that weekend. Ours are hired and trained in house, and we have been an all-women company since Jodi Lee Screpnek founded us in 2006. We were the original all-women casino party company and we have stayed that way for about twenty years.

Ask whether they carry event liability insurance. Most venues will require a certificate, and a company that hesitates on that question is telling you something.

Ask what is included. Ours includes tables, dealers, chips, cards, and setup, so you are not renting equipment from one place and hiring staff from another.

If you are running a charity fundraiser, ask specifically about California charity gaming certification. Ours comes from the California Department of Justice gambling division. Not every operator has it.

And ask whether the dealers teach. It sounds small. It is not. Our tables have appeared in Ocean's 13, CSI: NY, House, and GSN's Ace in the House, and our dealers have worked celebrity poker tournaments alongside Johnny Chan, Phil Laak, and Antonio Esfandiari. But the skill that matters most at your party is being able to teach a nervous first-timer blackjack without making them feel foolish.

Common questions

Is this real gambling?

No. Chips are for entertainment only and carry no cash value. Guests are not wagering money and cannot win money at the tables. Many hosts award prizes based on chip counts at the end of the night, and we can help you structure that.

What if my guests have never played casino games?

That is most rooms, and it is fine. Our dealers teach at the table as play goes on, walking new players through blackjack, craps, and roulette in a few minutes. Beginners usually end up at the tables longest because someone finally explained the game to them.

How many tables do I need for my guest count?

It depends on your guest count and how long the tables are open, since a short window needs more seats to cycle everyone through. We build the mix for you rather than making you guess. Tell us the numbers and the run time and we will lay it out.

Do you travel outside Los Angeles?

Yes. We are based in Los Angeles and travel throughout California. Distance factors into the quote, so give us the venue address when you reach out.

How do I get a price?

Send us your date, guest count, venue, and how long you want the tables open through the booking form, or call (866) 963-6557. Every event is quoted individually because table count, hours, and venue access change the job. We accept all major credit cards.

Ready to plan your night?

Tell us your date, location and guest count and our event coordinator will get back to you with availability and a quote.
