Poker Table Rentals in Los Angeles

We rent regulation 4 foot by 9 foot poker tables with professional dealers, chips, cards, and full setup included, anywhere in Los Angeles and throughout California. You choose a relaxed cash game or a bracketed tournament with a director running the clock, and we handle the rest. Every event is quoted individually, so call (866) 963-6557 or send us your date and headcount.

When a poker table is the right call

Poker is the table people sit down at and stay at. Blackjack and roulette pull a crowd that rotates every few minutes. A poker table holds eight or nine guests for an hour or more, which changes how a room feels.

That makes poker tables the right choice for:

If your crowd is mixed, poker usually works best next to other games rather than alone. Our guide on what is the best table mix for a first casino party walks through the ratios, and you can see the full lineup on our casino table rentals page.

How the job actually runs

1. The conversation. We ask for your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a tournament or open play. From that we recommend a table count. A rough starting point: one poker table seats eight to nine players comfortably, and not every guest plays at once.

2. The format. For a tournament we set the buy-in chip stack, blind levels, and how long you want the whole thing to last. A two-hour tournament and a four-hour tournament are structured very differently. We build the clock backward from when you want to crown a winner.

3. Load-in and setup. Our crew brings the tables, chips, cards, and everything needed to dress them. Each regulation table measures 4 feet by 9 feet, and you need walking room around it for chairs and dealer access. If you are sketching a floor plan, read how much space does each casino table need before you commit to a room.

4. Play. Professional dealers run every table. They teach, they keep the pace, they settle the table etiquette questions before they become arguments. For tournaments, a female poker tournament director manages the format, the blind levels, table balancing, and the final table.

5. Strike. We break down, pack out, and leave the space the way we found it.

How long it takes

Setup for poker tables is straightforward once the crew has access to the room. The bigger variable is the venue: a ballroom with a loading dock is quick, a hillside house with a long carry and a flight of stairs takes longer. Tell us about stairs, elevators, and parking early and we plan around it.

Play time is your call. Most casino party play runs a few hours. Tournaments need a defined structure, and a rushed tournament with blinds jumping too fast feels like a coin flip instead of a game. When you book, tell us both your start time and the hour you want the winner announced, and we build the levels to fit. Breakdown happens after your play window ends, not after the last guest leaves.

What it costs and what moves the price

We quote every event individually, because two parties with the same guest count can price very differently. Rather than guess at a number, here is what we look at:

Call (866) 963-6557 or use the booking form with your date, venue, and headcount, and we will put together a real number. We take all major credit cards.

What to look for in whoever you hire

Ask about the tables. Regulation poker tables are 4 feet by 9 feet with a proper rail and racetrack. Folding felt tops thrown over banquet tables look like exactly what they are.

Ask who is dealing. Dealers set the tone of the whole night. Ours are hired and trained in house, more than 20 professional female dealers who can teach a first-timer and keep an experienced table moving. We have staffed celebrity poker tournaments alongside players including Johnny Chan, Phil Laak, and Antonio Esfandiari, and our tables have appeared in Ocean's 13, CSI: NY, House, and GSN's Ace in the House.

Ask about insurance. Most venues will ask for a certificate. We carry event liability insurance.

If your event is a fundraiser, ask specifically about California charity gaming rules. There are requirements, and they matter. We are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity fundraisers and we handle the compliance side. We have helped raise more than a million dollars for hundreds of California charities.

Dealer Dolls was founded in 2006 by Jodi Lee Screpnek and has been owned, operated, and staffed entirely by women for about twenty years. Clients have included Red Bull, SpaceX, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, the World Series of Poker, and the Hollywood Roosevelt.

Common questions

Do guests gamble with real money?

No. This is casino-themed entertainment for private events. Guests play with chips that have no cash value, and any prizes are provided by you, the host. Nobody wagers or wins real money at our tables.

How many poker tables do I need?

A regulation table seats eight to nine players, and at most parties not everyone plays poker at the same time. Tell us your guest count and whether poker is the main attraction or one game among several, and we will recommend a count. If you are running a tournament, the number of tables also shapes how long the bracket takes to play out.

Do you provide chips and cards, or do I need to supply them?

We provide all chips, cards, and setup as part of the booking. You do not need to source anything. If you want custom or branded chips, mention it early so we can price it in.

Can you run an actual tournament with a bracket and a winner?

Yes. We run bracketed tournaments with a female poker tournament director managing the blind structure, the clock, table balancing, and the final table. Tell us when you want the winner announced and we build the levels backward from that time.

How much does a poker table rental cost in Los Angeles?

We quote every event individually because table count, hours, format, venue access, and travel all change the number. Call (866) 963-6557 or send your date, venue, and guest count through the booking form and we will get you a real quote rather than a range that does not apply to your party.

Ready to plan your night?

Tell us your date, location and guest count and our event coordinator will get back to you with availability and a quote.
