Private Party Casino Rentals in Palm Springs
We bring casino-themed party rentals to Palm Springs homes, vacation rentals, and resort patios: real tables, real chips, and professional dealers who run the games so you can host. Palm Springs sits about two hours from our Los Angeles base, so desert bookings are quoted with travel and an overnight window for the crew. Chips are for play only and have no cash value, and prizes are up to you.
What we set up at Palm Springs properties
Most of our desert work happens in private homes and vacation rentals: blackjack and roulette on a covered patio, a poker table under string lights, craps set up on a flat stretch of driveway or pool deck. We bring the tables, chips, cards, layouts, and everything needed for setup, and our dealers teach as they go. Guests who have never played sit down and are comfortable inside a hand or two.
Birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, graduations, and holiday parties all work well here. If kids are part of the weekend, we can run a game table with Uno, Go Fish, and Old Maid so they have something of their own while the adults play. The full service page covers the table lineup in more detail.
What is different about Palm Springs
Pool parties are a much larger share of what we do out here than they are closer to home. Desert resort and vacation rental culture means the pool is the center of the party, and that makes Palm Springs the strongest market for our floating tables with waterproof cards. Guests play in the water with a drink in hand. It is a completely different party than the same booking in a Beverly Hills backyard.
Heat drives the schedule. From late spring through early fall, daytime is not realistic for a table setup, and nearly every Palm Springs event we run starts in the evening. That is fine. It just means we plan load-in around the temperature and keep the crew and equipment out of the afternoon sun.
Vacation rentals also come with house rules. Some have noise cutoffs, some restrict where you can place heavy equipment, and gated communities often need names submitted ahead of the party. Tell us what your rental agreement says and we will work inside it.
Scheduling and travel to the desert
The drive from Los Angeles is roughly two hours each way without traffic, and it can be longer on a Friday afternoon heading out on the 10. Because of that, desert events are quoted with travel included and an overnight crew window, which means our dealers are not trying to break down tables at midnight and then drive back across the pass. It is safer and it means nobody is rushing your last hour of play.
What we need from you: the address, where the tables will sit, whether there are stairs or a narrow gate, and your start time. We arrive early enough to set up before guests do. If you are also planning something in town, we cover Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Woodland Hills from the same base.
What a Palm Springs party costs
We quote every event individually, so there is no fixed desert rate to publish. Cost depends on how many tables you want, how many dealers those tables need, how long you want them running, and the travel and overnight window that comes with a Palm Springs booking. A poker night for twenty is a different number than a full floor of blackjack, roulette, and craps for a hundred and fifty.
Tell us your guest count, date, property, and rough start and end times, and we will put a real number in front of you. Use the booking form or call (866) 963-6557. We carry event liability insurance, which some vacation rental managers will ask about, and we accept all major credit cards.
Who runs your tables
Dealer Dolls was founded in 2006 by Jodi Lee Screpnek and has been owned, operated, and staffed entirely by women for about twenty years. We were the original all-women casino party company. Our dealers, more than twenty of them, are hired and trained in house, and they are professionals first: they run the game, keep the pace up, and make sure the person who has never touched a chip has a good night. We have worked events for Red Bull, SpaceX, Macy's, and the Hollywood Roosevelt, and our tables have appeared in Ocean's 13 and CSI: NY.
Common questions
Do guests gamble with real money?
No. This is casino-themed entertainment. Chips have no cash value and guests are not wagering anything. Many hosts hand out prizes at the end of the night based on chip counts, which we are happy to help structure.
Can you really put tables in the pool?
Yes. We have floating tables with waterproof cards, and Palm Springs is where we use them most. They work best in a pool with a shallow shelf or steps where guests can stand comfortably. Tell us your pool layout when you inquire and we will tell you what fits.
How late can a Palm Springs party run?
That depends more on your property than on us. Many vacation rentals and gated communities have noise cutoffs, so check your rental agreement first. Because we book an overnight crew window for desert events, our dealers are not cutting the night short to make a drive home.
How much does it cost to bring casino tables to Palm Springs?
We price each event individually based on table count, dealer count, hours, and the travel and overnight window that a desert booking requires. Send us your date, guest count, and address through the booking form, or call (866) 963-6557 and we will work it out with you.
Do you handle charity fundraisers in the desert?
Yes. We are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity fundraisers and have helped raise over one million dollars for California charities. California has specific rules for charity gaming and we handle the compliance side of the setup with you.
