What's different about working in Beverly Hills

Tables come in through a gate or a motor court, not a loading dock. Driveways are often narrow and shared, and some streets have parking restrictions that decide when our crew can unload. So we build the floor plan around your actual rooms. Where does the bar go, where do people naturally stand, which doorway is the choke point. A craps table needs room on all four sides for a crowd. Blackjack tucks into a corner and still works. If you have a terrace or a motor court you want to use, tell us the dimensions and we will tell you honestly what fits.

Club events like Hillcrest Country Club run differently again: there is a banquet contact, a load-in window, and usually a room diagram we can work from. Either way, we coordinate directly with your venue or estate manager so you are not relaying messages.

Scheduling and travel

Beverly Hills is a short drive from our Los Angeles base, so same-day setup is straightforward and our crew is not fighting a long haul before your party starts. Setup time depends on how many tables you have booked and how far the equipment has to travel from the truck to the room, so we will give you a realistic arrival window when we quote.

We travel throughout California from Los Angeles, and we run the same service in neighboring areas: Los Angeles, Woodland Hills, and Orange County. We carry event liability insurance, which most clubs and building managers will ask for in writing before load-in. Ask us for the certificate early and it is one less thing on your list.

What it costs

We quote every event individually, because the price depends on how many tables you want, how many dealers those tables need, how long you want them running, and the access at your property. A four-hour party for forty guests in a Beverly Hills backyard is a different job from a hundred-guest evening at a club.
