What this category actually includes

Four kinds of people, and most events use two or three of them together.

Professional dealers. More than 20 of them, all women, all trained by us rather than borrowed from a staffing pool. They run blackjack, craps, roulette, poker, and the rest, and they teach as they deal. At a private party most of your guests have never touched a craps table, so a dealer who can explain the pass line without making anyone feel slow is worth more than one who can chip-cut fast.

Costumed dealers and showgirls. Same skill at the table, plus a look that matches your theme. Vegas, 1920s, Bond, Old Hollywood. Showgirls also work standalone as greeters and photo moments.

Bartenders and cocktail staff. Bar service that keeps up with a crowd instead of forming a line down the hallway.

Promotional staffing and brand ambassadors. Registration, product demos, badge scanning, crowd flow, and the friendly face that makes a trade show booth work.

Every casino table booking includes the chips, cards, and setup. Chips are for play only. They have no cash value and nobody wagers real money.

How to tell which one you need

Start with what you want guests doing at the peak of the night.

If you want them playing: you need dealers, and the count follows the table count, not the guest count. A good rule is a table for every 6 to 8 guests you expect to be playing at once, and one dealer per table (craps usually wants two). Tell us your headcount and room size and we will do that math with you.

If the party has a strong theme or a photo wall: add costumed dealers or showgirls. This is the difference between a room with casino tables in it and a room that feels like somewhere.

If you are serving alcohol and have no venue bar: add bartenders. Do not ask your caterer's two servers to cover a hundred guests and a full bar. It never works and the line kills the energy.

If it is a brand activation, conference, or product launch: promotional staff. Different job entirely from dealing, and the skill you are buying is warmth plus the discipline to stay on message for six hours.

If it is a charity fundraiser: you likely need dealers plus someone who understands California charity gaming rules. Those rules exist and they are specific. We are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity fundraisers and we handle the compliance side of the event so your committee is not guessing. What the work looks like start to finish

You tell us the date, venue, guest count, and what kind of night you want. We come back with a plan: how many tables, which games, how many dealers and staff, and where everything goes in your room. If we have not worked your venue before we will ask about load-in, elevators, and parking, because those details decide the setup timeline more than anything else.

On the day, our crew arrives and sets the room. Tables, layouts, chips, cards, signage. Staff arrive dressed and briefed. Dealers open with a teaching posture: the first thirty minutes of any casino party is mostly instruction, and that is by design.

At the end of play we handle chip counts for prize drawings if you are doing one, break down, and load out. You should not be moving furniture at midnight.

We quote every event individually, so there is no rate card here and no package to pick from a menu. What we can tell you is what changes the number:

• How many tables and staff, and for how many hours

• Load-in difficulty: stairs, long carries, tight elevators, strict venue windows
