Corporate Casino Parties in San Diego

We bring casino-themed corporate parties to San Diego from our Los Angeles base, about two to three hours up the freeway. That drive shapes how we plan your event: one load-in, one strike, and a schedule built backward from your guest arrival so nothing is still being unpacked when the first people walk in.

Corporate casino parties for San Diego companies

Blackjack, craps, roulette, and poker tables staffed by professional dealers, set up in your office, a hotel ballroom, a country club, or a private venue. Chips, cards, and setup come with the booking. Chips have no cash value and nobody wagers real money. Guests play for fun and for whatever prizes you decide to put on the table.

Our dealers are hired and trained in house, more than twenty of them, and they are used to reading a room full of mixed experience levels. The VP who plays weekly and the analyst who has never touched a craps table both get looked after. Past corporate clients include Red Bull, SpaceX, Quiksilver, Macy's, and Calvin Klein. Full format and table details are on our corporate casino parties page.

What is specific to San Diego

San Diego is a military, biotech, and convention town, and our bookings there reflect it. Corporate and charity events dominate. Sales kickoffs tied to a conference week, client appreciation nights during a trade show, holiday parties for research and defense companies, and fundraisers. Private birthday and backyard work is a much smaller share of what we do down there than it is closer to home.

The other San Diego pattern is water. A lot of the venues we work are waterfront or resort properties, and the layout tends to be the same: reception and cocktails outside, casino floor set indoors. That is the right call. Ocean breeze and playing cards do not get along, felt gets damp in evening marine air, and chips slide. We plan the indoor room as the anchor and let the outdoor space carry the arrival and the bar.

We are also certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity fundraisers, which matters if your San Diego event is raising money. California has its own rules for charity gaming and we handle that compliance side of the booking. We have helped raise more than a million dollars for California charities.

How we handle scheduling and travel

Everything is planned around one load-in. We do not make second trips for a forgotten table, so we confirm the equipment list, the room dimensions, and the elevator or dock access well before the truck is packed. If you can send photos of the room or a floor plan, send them.

We leave Los Angeles with enough buffer for southbound traffic, which on a Friday afternoon can be the difference between a calm setup and a rushed one. Tell us your true guest arrival time, not the time on the invitation, and we will build the schedule from there. Setup is done and dealers are at their tables before doors.

Strike happens at the end of the night. If your venue has a hard out or a noise curfew, say so early so we can plan the breakdown into the timeline rather than discovering it at 11pm.

We also run corporate events in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Woodland Hills.

What it costs in San Diego

Every event is quoted individually, and San Diego quotes include travel from Los Angeles. The main drivers are guest count (which sets how many tables and dealers you need), how many hours of play you want, and the venue's access and timing requirements.

We carry event liability insurance, which most hotels and resort properties will ask for as a certificate before they let us load in. We accept all major credit cards. For a quote, use the booking form or call (866) 963-6557.

Common questions

Do guests gamble with real money?

No. This is casino-themed entertainment. Chips have no cash value and guests cannot cash out. Most hosts hand out chips at the door and award prizes at the end based on chip counts, which keeps the competition friendly.

How many tables do we need for our headcount?

It depends on how much of your group will actually play versus mingle and eat. Tell us your guest count and the length of the event and we will recommend a table mix. Blackjack seats fewer players than craps or roulette, so the ratio shifts depending on the games you want.

Can you set up outdoors at a waterfront venue?

We prefer to set the casino floor indoors in San Diego. Marine air affects felt and cards, and evening breeze moves chips around. Outdoor space works well for the reception and bar, with play happening in an adjacent indoor room.

What do you need from our venue before the event?

Room dimensions or a floor plan, load-in access details (dock, elevator, stairs), and your true doors time. Most hotels and resorts will also request a certificate of insurance, which we provide.

Do most of our guests need to know how to play?

No. Our dealers teach as they deal, and a good share of guests at any corporate party have never played before. That is normal and the dealers are used to it.
