Corporate Casino Parties in Los Angeles
Los Angeles is our home base, so a corporate casino party here means no long-haul travel and more flexibility on when we can get into your building. We bring the tables, chips, cards, and professional dealers, set up around your venue's load-in window, and run casino-themed play all night for entertainment and prizes. Chips have no cash value and nobody wagers real money.
Corporate casino parties for LA offices, ballrooms, and venues
We run casino nights in downtown offices, hotel ballrooms, country clubs, studio lots, and private venues across the city. Holiday parties are the biggest chunk of it, but we do just as many sales kickoffs, client appreciation nights, and grand openings.
Past corporate clients include Red Bull, SpaceX, Quiksilver, Macy's, and Calvin Klein. In Los Angeles specifically, we have worked events at the Hollywood Roosevelt and the California Science Center.
The part hosts worry about most is whether their people will actually play. That is the dealer's job. Our dealers are hired and trained in house, and they are used to a table where one guest plays weekly and the person next to them has never held cards. They teach as they deal, keep the pace friendly, and make sure nobody feels stuck. For the full picture of how a corporate event runs start to finish, see our corporate casino parties (full details) page.
What's actually different about doing this in Los Angeles
Venue access is the local variable. LA buildings frequently route load-in through service elevators, and plenty of them have union rules or hard curfews attached to the space. Blackjack and craps tables do not fit in a passenger elevator, and a freight elevator that is booked for another vendor at 4 p.m. changes your whole timeline.
So we confirm setup timing with the venue in advance rather than assuming. Dock access, elevator reservation, whether there is a house steward we coordinate with, what time the room actually clears for us, what time we have to be out. Hotel ballrooms downtown and in Hollywood are the strictest about this. Office buildings tend to be easier in the evening but need building security cleared ahead of time.
Parking and street access matter too. In parts of the city the honest answer is that unloading takes longer than the setup itself. We plan for that instead of pretending it away.
Scheduling and travel from a Los Angeles base
Because we are based here, we are not building a travel day into your event. That makes early load-ins and late strikes easier to schedule, and it means we can usually work around a venue that will only give us a narrow window.
When you book, we ask for the venue name, the room, your guest count, and your event's start and end times. From there we work backward: when the tables need to be in the room, how long setup takes for the layout you want, and when we break down. If the venue has a curfew, we build the schedule to hit it rather than run past it.
We carry event liability insurance, which most LA venues will ask for before they let us through the door. We can provide the certificate for your venue's file.
We also cover the surrounding areas from the same base, including Beverly Hills, Woodland Hills, and Orange County.
What it costs
We quote every event individually, because the price depends on the mix of tables, how many dealers you need, how long you want play to run, and what the venue requires of us. A ninety-guest holiday party in a hotel ballroom and a forty-person client night in your own office conference room are different jobs.
What is always included: all chips, cards, and setup. You are not renting equipment and figuring out the rest.
Call (866) 963-6557 or send us your date and venue through the booking form and we will put a real number in front of you. We accept all major credit cards.
One note for context: Dealer Dolls was founded in 2006 by Jodi Lee Screpnek and has been owned, operated, and staffed entirely by women for about twenty years. We have more than 20 professional dealers on the roster.
Common questions
Do guests gamble with real money?
No. This is casino-themed entertainment. Guests play with chips that have no cash value, and the play is for fun and for whatever prizes you decide to put up. Nobody wagers or wins real money at a Dealer Dolls event.
Can you set up in our office instead of a hotel?
Yes. We work in offices regularly, including conference rooms, lobbies, and open floor areas. We just need to know the access route in advance, since building security, freight elevators, and after-hours entry all take arranging.
How many tables do we need for our headcount?
It depends on your guest count and how much of the night you expect people to be at a table rather than eating or mingling. Tell us your headcount and event length when you call and we will recommend a table mix that keeps seats open all night.
Will your dealers teach people who have never played?
That is a large part of what they do. Our dealers handle the full range, from executives who play weekly to guests who sit down knowing nothing. They explain as they deal without slowing the table down.
Do you provide an insurance certificate for our venue?
Yes. We carry event liability insurance and can send the certificate to your venue's contact. Many Los Angeles venues require it on file before load-in, so it helps to ask us early.
