What is specific to Orange County
Orange County is a heavy corporate and charity gala market, and the mix here skews toward hotel ballrooms and country clubs rather than private homes. That changes the planning in practical ways: there is usually a venue coordinator to coordinate with, a loading dock or service entrance with its own rules, and a hard end time tied to the ballroom contract. We are comfortable working inside those constraints and will talk directly to your venue contact if that saves you a step.
Coastal venues in Newport and Laguna are their own conversation. Terrace and outdoor setups look beautiful in photos, but wind moves cards and chips, and the evening marine layer can roll in and dampen felt and card stock faster than people expect. If your event is outdoors near the water, tell us early. We will talk through table placement, whether a tented or partially enclosed area is available, and what a fallback plan looks like if the weather turns at eight o'clock.

Scheduling and travel to Orange County
The drive from Los Angeles is roughly an hour without traffic, and Orange County traffic is not a rumor. We schedule these events with an earlier load-in window than we would for a job in town, which means we want to know your venue's access time before we lock the schedule.
What helps us most:

- Whether there are stairs, an elevator, or a long push from the dock to the room
- Your guest count and start time
- Whether the tables are indoors, on a terrace, or on grass

What it costs
We quote every event individually. Pricing depends on your guest count, how many tables and dealers the room needs, how long you want the tables open, and the venue's access situation. A one-hundred-person client appreciation night in a Newport ballroom and a four-hundred-person gala at a country club are different jobs, and we will not pretend otherwise with a flat number.
We carry event liability insurance, which most Orange County hotels and clubs will ask for as a condition of your contract. We accept all major credit cards.

Common questions
Do guests gamble with real money?
No. This is casino-themed entertainment. Guests play with chips that have no cash value, and there is no wagering and no cash payout. Most hosts run a prize drawing at the end based on chip counts, which keeps the competition friendly.
Can you set up on a terrace in Newport or Laguna?
Often yes, but tell us early. Wind moves cards and chips, and the evening marine layer along the coast can dampen felt and cards. We will talk through placement, whether the space can be tented or partially enclosed, and what the indoor fallback looks like.
How many tables do we need?
It depends on your guest count and how much of the night you want people at the tables. Give us your headcount, start time, and how long you want the games open, and we will tell you what the room actually needs rather than upselling you a table you will not fill.
Will the venue need proof of insurance?
Most Orange County hotels and country clubs do. We carry event liability insurance and can provide documentation for your venue's file. Ask your coordinator what they need and when, and pass that along to us.
What if most of our guests have never played?
That is the usual mix. Our dealers teach as they deal and are used to tables where some executives play weekly and others have never touched a craps layout. Nobody gets embarrassed, and the table keeps moving.
