Casino Party Rentals in Los Angeles

Los Angeles is our home base, so an LA casino party means no long-haul travel and a setup window that is easier to schedule around your venue. We bring the tables, the chips, the cards, and the professional dealers, and we handle setup and breakdown. Chips are for entertainment only and carry no cash value.

Casino nights at Los Angeles venues, homes, and offices

We run casino parties across the city: hotel ballrooms, office floors, backyards in the hills, event spaces downtown. We have worked events at the Hollywood Roosevelt and the California Science Center, and we have set up in plenty of places with far less glamour and far tighter doorways.

Every booking includes the tables, professional dealers, chips, cards, and setup. The table mix gets planned around your guest count and how long the party runs, so a two hour cocktail reception for 60 looks different from a four hour gala for 300. Our dealers teach at the table, which matters more than people expect. Guests who have never played a hand of blackjack sit down, get walked through it in a minute, and stay. That is the whole point.

If you want the full breakdown of games and how a casino night is structured, see our casino party rentals page.

What is actually different about running a party in LA

LA venues have rules, and they are not the same from one building to the next. Load-in often goes through a service elevator with a reserved window. Some properties have union labor requirements. Others have hard curfews on noise or on when trucks can be at the dock. We confirm all of that with your venue in advance so nobody is standing in a loading bay at 5pm negotiating.

Parking and dock access downtown and on the Westside are their own conversation. Hotel ballrooms usually have a house contact who handles it; private homes in the canyons usually do not, and street access is the thing to think through early. Tell us the address when you inquire and we will tell you what we need.

We cover the rest of the region too, including Beverly Hills, Woodland Hills, and Orange County.

Scheduling and travel from our LA base

Because we are based here, Los Angeles events do not carry long-haul travel logistics. That gives us more flexibility on setup timing, which is useful when a venue only releases the room a couple of hours before your guests arrive, or when you are the second event in that ballroom that day.

What we need from you: the venue name, the load-in access details, the room release time, and your guest count. What we handle: getting the tables in, dressed, and ready before doors, and getting everything out cleanly at the end. We carry event liability insurance, which most LA venues will ask for a certificate of. Just tell us who to send it to.

We have more than 20 professional dealers, hired and trained in house, all women. Dealer Dolls was founded in 2006 by Jodi Lee Screpnek and has been women owned, operated, and staffed for about twenty years.

What a Los Angeles casino party costs

Every event is quoted individually. The price depends on guest count, how many tables you need, how long the party runs, and the venue itself, since a home in Encino and a downtown ballroom with a union load-in are not the same job.

The fastest way to get a real number is to send us the date, the address, and roughly how many guests you expect. Use the booking form or call (866) 96-DOLLS, which is (866) 963-6557. We accept all major credit cards.

If your event is a charity fundraiser, say so up front. We are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity fundraisers, and we have helped raise over one million dollars for hundreds of California charities. California has specific rules for charity gaming events, and we handle the compliance side of our part of it.

Common questions

Do guests gamble with real money?

No. This is casino themed entertainment. Guests play with chips that have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Hosts often award prizes at the end of the night based on chip counts, which keeps the competition friendly.

How many tables do we need?

It depends on your guest count and how long the party runs. A shorter reception where people are also eating and mingling needs fewer seats than a four hour event where the casino is the main activity. Send us your numbers and we will recommend a mix.

What if my guests have never played casino games?

That is most crowds, and our dealers plan for it. They teach at the table, explain the game in a minute or two, and keep the pace friendly. First timers usually end up playing the longest.

Will you deal with my venue directly about load-in?

Yes. LA venues frequently require load-in through service elevators and have curfew or union rules, so we confirm setup timing with the venue ahead of the event. Give us the venue contact and we will sort it out.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry event liability insurance. Most Los Angeles venues will request a certificate before the event. Tell us who needs it and where to send it.

Ready to plan your night?

Tell us your date, location and guest count and our event coordinator will get back to you with availability and a quote.
